My mum has been patient of Dr Neil Perera for few years, and I have always accompany my elderly mum who suffers from rheumatoid & osteoarthritis ,when she has her 6 monthly reviews. Also I notice that my mum is very comfortable with Dr Neil , as he patiently and with care, talks to her about her symptoms update and I find that he is genuinely interested about the patients issues and listens to them. He always makes sure that he reviews her blood test results. He is always happy to answer any questions relating to my mum's health. When I have had any concerns regarding my mum's health, I have left message with his secretary, he always promptly calls me back, that's what I called superb service. I am happy with the way Dr Neil has dealt with my mum's ongoing treatments. Recently, after reassessing my mum's health, the best thing he has done for my mum is to stop the methotrexate medicine, and it has worked very positively in her favour. Dr Neil is extremely helpful & knowledgeable and together with his gentle manner , he goes out of his way to help. I strongly recommend his expertise care.
